Nick Bonney: Joining the Dots

Here’s the fundamental issue we all have. No matter how much we experience our own product, it’s very difficult to truly see it through the eyes of those who use it.
Some of us know too much. Others don’t know enough. Both are as problematic as each other.
So, how do we get closer to consumers?
Nick Bonney, founder of Deep Blue Thinking, explains why the answer to that question isn’t big data or technology.
It’s talking to consumers on their own terms, in their own environments.
A very big thank you to Nick for letting us share his talk.
